Your Solutions Provider
Account → Partner. Your Solutions Provider is the VeraGen partner who helps your team set up and use the Hub, recorded as your account's Provider of record. Only an owner or an admin can see this page and change it.
How a provider is set
- At sign-up. If you arrived through a Solutions Provider's link, the sign-up page says You were referred by the provider, a VeraGen Solutions Provider, with Remove beside it. Leave it and that provider becomes your Provider of record. Press Remove and it does not; your sign-up carries on either way.
- Later, by you. Under Choose a Solutions Provider, enter the provider's partner code and click Choose. The partner code is the part after
?ref=in the provider's VeraGen link: forhttps://veragen.ai/?ref=maya-studioit ismaya-studio. Only a Solutions Provider's code is accepted. - By VeraGen support, if you ask us to correct it.
An account has one provider at a time. Choosing a different one replaces the current one.
What you see

Remove your provider
- Account → Partner.
- Click Remove beside the provider, and confirm.
The provider stops being your Provider of record at once. You can choose one again whenever you like.
Partner links set a referral cookie on veragen.ai for 60 days, so the referral is recognised even if you sign up on a later visit. Who referred you is recorded once, when the account is created, and a later link does not change it. If it is wrong, email VeraGen support at hello@veragen.ai.
If something goes wrong
| "No VeraGen Solutions Provider has that partner code." | Check the code with your provider. Codes are lower-case letters, numbers and hyphens. |
