Products and services

Products are things you sell. Each has one or more variants (sizes, colours), each with its own price, SKU, stock and weight. Leave stock empty to not track it. Low at is the stock level that counts as low: the Overview lists it, and Tellagent can tell your team. Pictures come from the project's Data Management.

Services are things you do: how long they take, the price, a deposit to book, the days and hours you take bookings, a gap between bookings, the most bookings in a day, and questions to ask first. They are booked in Bookings, and on your website. A service has pictures too, picked from the project's Data Management the same way as a product's, and a website that sells your store can show them on the service's page, as it does a product's.

Price is Fixed price or Price on request. A service priced on request has no price: Mercato shows Price on request (never $0), and an online store built in VeraGen shows it with a Request a quote button that goes to the site's contact page or opens its chatbot. It cannot be booked, ordered or bought online; you price it for each customer with Invoices & quotes → New quote, where you type its price on the line. A Price note (for example "per party, up to 4") is shown after the price.
