2:18Skunk Works: Backlog and Sprints
Rank the backlog, set up sprints, let the AI fill the next one to your team's real pace, and keep a review when it ends.
About this video
Skunk Works is where your project's team plans and tracks its work: a backlog, sprints, a board for the sprint that's running, and a schedule for your bigger goals. See where everything stands at a glance, and let the AI sum up the sprint in plain words while you stay in control.
Recorded in the real product, using a fictional company, Northwind Labs. Watch on YouTube
